 – As EdMaitreya is a digital- based platform, we do not entertain refunds for any of our digital products, services, or courses once  purchased.
– This policy applies to all digital content, including but not limited to online courses, subscriptions, downloadable resources, and digital services.

2. Non-Refundable Items:
– All purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable.
– No refunds will be provided for subscription fees, course fees, or any other digital content once accessed or downloaded.

Cancellations
1. Subscription Cancellations:
– You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the subscription settings.
– Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

2. Service Cancellations:
– For one-time services or courses, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a future credit.

3. Course Cancellations:
– Course registrations can be cancelled up to 7 days before the course start date for a future credit.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for a credit.

– We will make every effort to resolve technical issues. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a service credit at our discretion.
